My Current Diet:

6 meals a day:
300 Grams Protein per day, 50 grams per meal
300 Grams Complex Carbohydrates 50 grams per meal, per day
100 Grams Good Fats per day 
* Protein (Lean) 300 grams per day:
Chicken breast
Turkey breast
Salmon, Tuna, etc
Egg whites, Eggs
Whey Protein drinks (post workout)
Red Meat / Lean (3 times per week)
* Carbs (Complex Clean) 300 grams per day:
Oats
Rice
Sweet potatoes
Potatoes
Ezekiel bread
Pasta (dry) Leg day, Back day
* All Vegetables Peppers, Onions etc
* Fats (good) 100 grams a day
Olive oil
Almonds / Nuts
Avocado
* Supplements:
My Current Training Schedule:
Weight Training 6 days a week / Double Split
Cardio 4 days a week
